1. Kullanım1. Use of the service
Lumisty; video transcript, çeviri ve altyazı render akışı sağlar. Kullanıcı, işlediği içeriklerin telif ve izin haklarından sorumludur. Üçüncü tarafa ait video kullanırken ilgili platformun şartlarına uyman gerekir. Lumisty provides video transcription, translation and burned-in subtitle rendering. You are responsible for the copyright and permissions of any content you process. When you use third-party video, you must comply with that platform's terms.

Üçüncü taraf platform içeriklerini (X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube ve benzeri) indirip işlemek tamamen ve münhasıran kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır. Kullanıcı, Lumisty ile işlediği her videonun kendisine ait olduğunu veya geçerli bir lisans/izinle erişildiğini ve ilgili platformun Kullanım Koşulları ile yürürlükteki telif mevzuatına uygun olduğunu beyan ve taahhüt eder. Downloading and processing content from third-party platforms (X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and similar) is solely and exclusively your responsibility. You represent and warrant that you own each video you process with Lumisty, or that you access it under a valid license/permission, and that doing so complies with the relevant platform's Terms of Service and applicable copyright law.
Lumisty herhangi bir platformun Kullanım Koşulları'na aykırı indirme veya işlemeyi sağlamaz, teşvik etmez ve onaylamaz. Lumisty does not provide, encourage or endorse downloading or processing in violation of any platform's Terms of Service. Lumisty is not liable if a platform restricts your access or if legal consequences arise. If a breach of this clause is detected, the account is suspended or permanently terminated and any refund for the relevant period may be denied. You are responsible for all direct and indirect damages and agree to indemnify Stimilon LLC against any such claims.

Pro lisansı tek seferlik $99 ödemeyle alınır; abonelik veya otomatik yenileme yoktur. Ödeme Stripe üzerinden işlenir. The Pro license is a one-time $99 purchase; there is no subscription or automatic renewal. Payment is processed through Stripe. Once the purchase is complete, the license key is permanent — it remains valid indefinitely without further payment. See the Refund Policy for refund conditions.

Transcription and translation run locally by default; in that flow your video content is not uploaded to our servers. Only license validation, opt-in telemetry and update checks reach the server. Exception: "Cloud Clean" (subtitle/watermark removal) is an opt-in Pro feature; when you enable it, the clip you select is sent to a GPU server for processing. If you do not use this feature, no video is transmitted to the server. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Bu şartlar zaman içinde güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler dashboard'da bildirilir ve e-posta yoluyla iletilir. These terms may be updated over time. Material changes are announced in the dashboard and communicated by email.
