Özet: Varsayılan akışta video içeriği sunucumuza yüklenmez; transkript ve çeviri lokal çalışır. Yalnızca hesap + lisans verileri saklanır. Tek istisna, opt-in "Cloud Clean" özelliğidir (bkz. madde 2). Summary: In the default flow, your video content is not uploaded to our servers; transcription and translation run locally. Only account + license data is stored. The single exception is the opt-in "Cloud Clean" feature (see section 2).

1. Toplanan veriler1. Data we collect

Hesap oluşturma + abonelik süreçlerinde aşağıdaki veriler işlenir: The following data is processed during account creation and subscription:

  • Email (signup, login, lisans e-posta teslimi)(signup, login, license email delivery)

Varsayılan akışta (transkript, çeviri, altyazı render) aşağıdakiler sunucumuza gitmez: In the default flow (transcription, translation, subtitle render) the following never reach our servers:

  • Video içeriği (lokal işlenir, sunucuya gitmez)Video content (processed locally, not sent to the server)

İstisna — Cloud Clean (opt-in Pro): Altyazı/watermark silme özelliğini etkinleştirdiğinde, seçtiğin video klibi GPU işleme sunucusuna gönderilir, orada işlenir ve sonuç sana döndürülür. Bu klipler yalnızca işleme süresince tutulur ve işleme tamamlandıktan sonra silinir; eğitim amacıyla kullanılmaz. Özelliği kullanmadığın sürece hiçbir video sunucuya iletilmez. Exception — Cloud Clean (opt-in Pro): When you enable subtitle/watermark removal, the clip you select is sent to a GPU processing server, processed there, and the result is returned to you. These clips are kept only for the duration of processing and deleted afterwards; they are not used for training. Unless you use this feature, no video is transmitted to the server.

3. Makine fingerprint3. Machine fingerprint

Lisans aktivasyonu için makine kimliği sha256 ile hashlenir ve sunucuya yalnızca hash gönderilir. Ham donanım ID'leri (MAC, UUID) sunucu tarafına iletilmez. For license activation the machine identity is hashed with sha256 and only the hash is sent to the server. Raw hardware IDs (MAC, UUID) are not transmitted to the server.
